On-Site Professional Installation For a completely hands-off experience, our technicians handle the heavy lifting. We manage the physical assembly, ink system priming, and advanced software calibration on your local network.

• Ontario & Quebec: Flat rate of $1,500.

• Pro-Rated Rates: If you are located near our primary service hubs, we may be able to offer a lower pro-rated rate. Contact us with your postal code for a personalized quote.

Remote Video Call Installation Our remote sessions are legendary for their thoroughness. We use a specialized “Over-the-Shoulder” video methodology that makes it feel like we are right there with you.

• National Coverage: Available across all Canadian provinces.

• The “Perfect Start” Guarantee: We don’t end the call until your nozzle checks are perfect and your first production run is successful.

• Shipping: Standard shipping costs apply to the physical delivery of your unit prior to the remote session.

Why it works either way: We have developed a  digital “handshake” process. Even via video call, we remote into your PC to handle the deep software configurations while you handle the physical movements. This dual-layered approach ensures that 100% of our installations—remote or local—meet our strict industrial standards for output quality. You aren’t just getting a setup; you’re getting 15 years of “know-how” injected into your machine.

Simplified Maintenance Routine

Maintaining an industrial printer is about consistency, not complexity. By following this rhythm, you protect your investment and ensure “Day 1” print quality for years to come.

Daily Routine (1-5 Minutes)

• Nozzle Check: Perform a test print every morning to ensure all channels are firing perfectly.

• White Ink Circulation: Our automated system handles the heavy lifting, but a quick visual check of the ink lines ensures everything is flowing smoothly.

• Capping Station Clean: A simple wipe of the rubber seals prevents air leaks and keeps your printheads hydrated overnight.

Weekly Routine (15 Minutes)

• Wiper Blade Cleaning: Clean the wiper blade with specialized lint-free swabs to ensure it continues to provide a “surgical” wipe of the printhead surface.

• Encoder Strip Wipe: Gently dust the encoder strip to maintain the printer’s lateral precision.

• Waste Ink Management: Check and empty the waste ink container to keep your workspace clean.

Easy-Access Engineering Unlike standard converted printers, Audley equipment features quick-release panels and hinged service bays. This means:

• No more struggling in tight spaces to reach the capping station.

• Easy access to the mainboards and ink pumps for periodic inspection.

• A cleaner internal environment that reduces dust buildup on the film.

  The Secret to Longevity

  The difference between a first time inked printhead and a 4-year printhead is the environment and the “End-of-Day” routine. By keeping your humidity between 40%–60% and never letting the printer sit idle without a wet-cap, you ensure your Audley remains a profit-generating powerhouse for the long haul.

Coverage Period Your equipment is covered for a period of 1 year, beginning on the day of delivery. This warranty is provided to the original owner and is non-transferable.

What is Covered The warranty covers all electronic and mechanical components of the machine. If a part fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will provide a replacement part at no cost.

Exclusions The following items are considered consumables and are not covered under the standard warranty:

• Printheads

• Print Lines (Ink Tubing)

Shipping & Service Logistics

• Parts Shipping: While replacement parts are free under warranty, the customer is responsible for shipping charges both for the new part and the return of the defective component. Local customers may opt for free warehouse pickup.

• Depot Service: In the event an issue cannot be resolved remotely with our tech support team, the customer is responsible for crating and shipping the unit back to our warehouse for repair.

Platinum Protection Plan

For businesses that require absolute peace of mind and zero-downtime production, we offer our Platinum Protection Plan. At a flat rate of $2,500, this plan elevates your coverage to an elite tier, ensuring your investment is shielded against the most common industrial hurdles.

Extended 2-Year Full Coverage We double your standard protection. This plan extends your factory warranty to a full 24 months, covering all mechanical and electronic components.

The “No Questions Asked” Printhead Replacement The most significant hurdle for any DTF business is printhead maintenance. Our Platinum Plan removes this risk entirely:

• Two (2) Printhead Replacements Included: We provide up to two brand-new Epson I3200 printheads during your coverage period, regardless of the cause of failure.

• Rapid Deployment: When a head needs replacing, we prioritize your shipment to ensure you are back in production immediately.

Dedicated Priority Service Platinum members move to the front of the line. You receive a dedicated senior technician assigned to your account for faster diagnostics and personalized support via our priority WhatsApp channel.

Advanced Electrical & Component Protection Standard warranties often exclude electrical damage caused by external factors. Our Platinum Plan is designed to be comprehensive:

• Short-Circuit Mitigation: We cover electrical failures that standard warranties typically exclude, including board-level issues that can arise during heavy production cycles.

• Component Integrity: While the “fine print” of standard plans often limits claims on electrical surges or shorts, the Platinum Plan is formulated to provide a wider umbrella of protection for all internal circuitry.
